  • Barons Lager
    A blend of Australian Pale and German Munich malts gives our Lager its rich golden colour. New Zealand triploid hops are added early in the boil, followed by a late hopping with Czech Saaz hops. The Saaz hops in Barons Lager are used to impart the much-loved floral-sweet aroma and flavour.

  • Barons Pale Ale
    A touch of barrel-roasted crystal malt is blended with wheat and barley malt, the wheat ensuring a dense, creamy head. Three New Zealand hops are used, including the newly developed Nelson Sauvin which imparts subtle floral and passionfruit notes. A flavoursome beer that perfectly balances complex hops tastes with malt creaminess. A thirst-quenching ale.

    Murray’s Nirvana Pale Ale is a hybrid of an American Pale Ale, combined with the classic English Pale Ale. A brilliant light-golden colour, Murray’s Nirvana Pale Ale has a full-bodied finish and complex character. With an alcohol content of 4.5% alc/vol, Nirvana’s fresh citrusy/spicy aroma and flavour is strongly influenced by generous use of New Zealand-grown Cascade and Hallertau hops. This is well balanced with biscuity/toffee flavours from selected caramalts.

    Murray’s Icon 2IPA is an international award-winning beer that we believe is among the hoppiest beers brewed in the southern hemisphere. It’s a hybrid of an Imperial India Pale Ale and an American India Pale Ale. It's deep golden in colour, with a creamy white head. The extensive hopping creates intense citrus, passionfruit, and peppery characters in the aroma and flavour. This is balanced by sweet biscuity malt, and finishes with a full body that is rich with a rounded bitterness. It’s a beer to be enjoyed on its own, however it does go well with Mexican, Thai and Indian food.

  • Hunter Kolsch 
    Hunter Kölsch is a refreshing German Style Golden Ale originating in style from the Cathedral City of Cologne. Hunter Kölsch finishes with a clean and crisp dry palate and contains subtle fruit flavours of passionfruit and pineapple. It is a perfect aperitif, often served as accompaniment to canapés in particular seafood dishes. Like all the beer made by the Hunter Beer Company, Hunter Kölsch is brewed using natural ingredients and no added preservatives. Hunter Kölsch has an alcohol content of 4.5% Alc/Vol.

     
  • Hunter Lager 
    Hunter Lager is a Bohemian Style Pilsner, using a combination of the finest malts from Australia and Europe. Hunter Lager’s malt sweetness is nicely balanced with the cleansing herbaceous bitterness of a mixture of hops sourced from Germany and the Czech Republic. Hunter Lager is the perfect food match with Thai and Indian dishes particularly spicy curries. Hunter Lager was recently awarded Champion Draught Lager in the 2007 Royal Perth Beer Show. Hunter lager has an alcohol content of 4.8% Alc/Vol

  • Hunter Ginger Beer
    Hunter Ginger Beer is a refreshing alcoholic ginger beer with a clean crisp ginger flavour. Ginger is a known relaxant, so this beer makes the ideal drink after a hard days work! Hunter Ginger has an alcohol content of 4.5% Alc/Vol.

  • Hunter Bock
    Hunter Bock is a Dark German style Lager. The beer is all about the malt flavours with hints of caramel, roasted coffee and chocolate imparted in the beer from roasted malts used. Hunter Bock is a full flavoured robust beer that cries out for hearty game meats and rich deserts. Hunter Bock has an alcohol content of 5.5% Alc/ Vol.

  • Little Creatures Pale Ale 
    This beer's character is driven by the use of fresh whole hop flowers. Hop flowers are carefully selected that are bursting with aroma and contain all the essential oils and acids that deliver a unique flavour experience. Drink a few pints of this beer and you'll soon become one of us... a certified "hophead" craving those crisp, citrus flavours of grapefruit and passionfruit and a bit of honey, all backed up with a good balance of bitterness.

     
  • Little Creatures Bright Ales 
    As the name suggests, "Bright" is a filtered beer with a striking golden clarity in the glass. We use 4 luscious malts including Pale, Carapils, Wheat and Vienna. The beer is full flavoured whilst soft and easy on the palate making it very approachable. The alcohol is 4.5% alc/vol. Bitterness is slightly lower than our highly charged Pale Ale and is accentuated enough to balance the smooth, malty character. The hop characteristics in "Bright" is delivered from the use of highly aromatic New Zealand B Saaz Flowers as well as varieties from the North West of USA. Clean, distinctive, full-flavoured, smooth and very more-ish!

  •  Little Creatures Pilsner
     We like the idea of lager styles being crisp, clean and elegant as opposed to overly "meaty", malty or sharp. This is a refreshing pilsner based on the classically structured European examples that use the finest Saaz hops and a patient fermentation regime. Little Creatures Pilsner was a gold medal winner in it's first outing at the Australian International Beer Awards.

  • Roger's Beer  
    Rogers' is a smooth drinking amber ale with an interesting mix of malts combined with the distinctive Little Creatures hop character. The careful balance of caramel flavours from the malt and that unique, slightly floral character from the whole hop flowers gives Rogers' Beer an easy going attitude and at 3.8% alc/vol there's no problems knocking back a few after mowing the lawn.

  • Pipsqueak Cider 
    This is a fresh Australian Cider that has a light, crisp, and naturally refreshing flavour from locally sourced apples.

Matilda Bay Brewing Co. Exhibiting Beer

  • Beez Neez 
    A unique Australian made specialty beer. Brewed with a blend of premium pale malted barley and malted wheats with an equal amount of purelight amber honey. The light malt palate with its dominating honey aroma and flavour create a pale light golden coloured beer with a moderate bitterness. This distinctive specialty beer is clean, crisp and suprisingly refreshing.

  •  Redback
    Redback is Australia's original wheat beer, brewed from both malted wheat and malted barley, and a blend of Saaz and pride of Ringwood hops. The combination of quality ingredients and the care taken by MatildaBay's brewers resulting in a unique refreshing beer that has a creamy mouth feel and a subtle bitterness on the palate.

  • Bohemian 
    The worlds most widely known style of beer orignates from the town of Plzen in Bohemia. This is a true 'Pilsen' style beer brewed with premium Australian pale malt and authentic czech saaz hops. Bohemian has a spicy floral aroma and a clean, rounded palate with a bitter finish.

  • Alpha Pale Ale 
    This is a traditionally brewed ale which takes its name from the addition of specially selected hops which are high in ISO alpha bitterness.

Phuket Exhibiting Beer

  • Phuket Lager Beer 
    Pure and natural like its island namesake, Phuket Lager Beer doesn't add sugar, preservatives, or anything else that shouldn't be in a premium beer. A crisp refreshing lager with a flowery hint across the palate from first sip to last drop. Enjoyed on it’s own or as the perfect complement to spicy meals.

James Squire Exhibiting Beer

  • James Squire Golden Ale 
    Much like its namesake James Squire, this English style sumemr beer is far suited to Aussie Conditions, though in his day Squire wouldn't have been able to create it without refrigeration. The yeast fermentation at cooler lager temperatures creates this quenching brew made all the more drinkable for its flavour of an ale with the drinkability of a lager.

  •  James Squire Amber Ale
    We don't bandy the term 'original' around lightly. James Squire original Amber Ale is so named, because its much the same style of ale James Squire would have brewed in 1794 and is fermented with a 140 year old yeast.

  • James Squire Porter 
    Originally flavoured by the street and river Porters of the 18th Century London, Porter was soon being shipped to Australia following the first fleet. Five different malts make it one of the most enjoyable to explore. So as you relish this dark and complex beer, we hope you'll feel some of the appreciation the early settlers must have felt when James Squire began brewing Porter fresh.

  • James Squire Pilsner 
    The finest European Saaz hops and barely malts from Tamworth and Ballarat come together to make this brilliant Pilsner, brewed in honour of James Squire, the first man to successfully grow hops in Australia. Originally created in Bohemia and perfected in the mid 1800s, Pilsner's have been keeping Europeans merry for centuries.

  • I.P.A 
    Convicts weren't the only thing the English exported to a hot, distant country. At about the same time James Squire embarked for Australia, this type of beer shipped out for India's shores. Spoilage was offset during the long journey by adding more hops and increasing India's Pale Ale's alcohol content.

    A crystal clear filtered wheat beer free of yeast. Refreshingly effervescent with flavours reminiscent of banana and tropical fruits.

  • Weihenstephan Hefe
    A cloudy wheat beer with a smooth malt background, wonderfully rich yeast flavours, spicy, with fruity banana overtones. Full bodied, and very complex in flavour.

  • Weihenstephan Dunkel
    A dark wheat beer with flavours and aromas of dark malts. A complex beer, with a rich fruitiness of banana, hints of apple and cinnamon.

  • Weihenstephan Original
    A Flowery Golden Lager, sweet tasting and exceptionally well balanced with a big malty aroma. An easy drinking German style lager.

  • Weihenstephan Pilsner
    A traditional Pilsner style beer, with smooth bitter hoppy flavour and flowery aroma. Refreshingly crisp finish.

  • Weihenstephan Tradition
    A traditional German dark lager with hints of Caramel and sweet roasted malts. An aromatic beer with a dry finish. 
     

  Wells and Young's Exhibiting Beer

  • Bombardier Bitter
    A burnished copper colour, it has a rich, tempting aroma of peppery hops and raisins, while the palate is dominated by more dark fruit, juicy malt and tangy hops.

  • Double chocolate stout
    Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young’s award winning rich, full flavoured dark beer to craft a satisfyingly indulgent, but never overly sweet experience.

  • Waggle Dance
    Amber beer with a touch of honey on the nose and palate. The sweetness is balanced by a healthy dose of hops to provide the bitterness that gives a wonderfully delicate flavour.

  • Young’s Bitter
    A refreshing cask ale, golden in colour, with a light, dry palate, a fresh, fruity aroma and a long, satisfying bitter finish.

  • Courage Best Bitter
    Pale brown in appearance with a bitter after taste, Courage Best Bitter consumers enjoy its lower ABV of 4% that allows them the opportunity to enjoy their favourite ale for longer.

  Rocks Brewing Exhibiting Beer

  • Byrnes Red Ale
    Byrnes Red Ale is made in the style of an Irish Red Ale. Drawing on Australian Malt and Hops and traditional Ale brewing techniques, this is a world class Red Ale tipping its hat to The Rocks Irish heritage. It had a light malt aroma with toffee and coffee notes. It has deep Jarrah red hues with a balance of malt flavour, sweetness and bitterness.

  • Crackenback Pale Ale
    Award-winning Crackenback Pale Ale is a delightful interpretation of a classic style with the Australian palate kept in mind. Although lighter in body then traditional pale ales, this was done to help with the hotter days of Summer.
  • Bullocks Pilsner
    Bullocks Pilsner is a modern take on the traditional style first brewed in 1842, in the Czech town of Plzen. Bullocks is rich with complex malt flavours and a spicy floral hop bouquet, and after a hard day on the slopes goes down like a well waxed pair of skis!
  • Razorback Red Ale
    Razorback Red Ale is an impeccably balanced beer (some say as balanced as those who seek out this fine drop!) With a medium body, four malts in combination provide its rich malty sweetness along with its nutty and biscuit characteristics ... and it’s the roasted malts used in the brew which give Razorback its deep copper-red hue.
  • Charlotte' s Hefeweizen
    Charlotte’s Hefeweizen is a top fermented, unfiltered wheat beer with a pale cloudy appearance reminiscent of a high-country white-out (Like your favourite snow dome, tip the bottle once to release any sediment).

Bluetongue Brewery Exhibiting Beer

  • Bluetongue Premium Light
    At 2.7% ABV, Bluetongue Premium Light is an all malt light beer. The amber colour is a result of measured does of three premium malts. In addition to this, the best Australian, German and Czech noble hop varieties are added resulting in a crisp balance bitterness with an all malt background and a hint of caramel. The multiple hopping helps contribute to a thick creamy head that is often missing from light beers.
  • Bluetongue Premium Lager
    At 4.9% ABV, this full flavoured lager is well-balanced, having notable up-front malt character with a distinctive crisp bitterness. The beer finishes with a subtle hop character, as a result of late addition of imported hops. The beer is light straw in character and very palatable.
  • Bluetongue Traditional Pilsener 
    At 4.5% ABV Bluetongue Traditional Pilsener is a full bodied malty beer with high bitterness levels and fruit hop aromas aimed at the true beer connoisseur. The beer reflects modern tastes and creates a smooth, full-flavoured, easy drinking beer.
  • Bluetongue Alcoholic Ginger Beer
    At 4.0% ABV, this unique alcoholic Ginger Beer is light and refreshing, making it a great thirst quencher after sport or an ideal accompaniment to food. Retaining some refreshing ginger liveliness, balanced with some residual sweetness, Bluetongue Alcoholic Ginger Beer leaves the palate clean and refreshed.
