Owner and Artist Alison Mortiss works with glass to create both functional and decorative pieces using a variety of techniques. A pieve may be crafted with one or a combination of methods from stained glass, copperoil or kilnworked ie. slumped, fused or cast. One-off artworks, functional everyday pieces or commissions to suit the individual are all taken care of with the same high standards and attention to detail.
Gao's Chinese Acupuncture & Massage
Gao's Chinese Acupuncture & Massage is based on the two types of traditional Chinese massage that still exist - Tui na, which focusses on pushing, stretching and kneading the muscle; and Zhi Ya, which focuses on pinching and pressing at acupressure points. Both are based on principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Each and every Pudding we make is individually mixed, weighed out and shaped, tied up in natural Calico with string, boiled in the cloth, in the traditional method for many hours in old style gas fired "coppers" then hung individually on a line to naturally dry, age & mature, just as you would at home, & just in time for Christmas.
The Chilli Man
The Chilli Man was created in a huge bubbling cauldron (well more like a very hot saucepan) on a kitchen stove in Muswellbrook, New South Wales. Toiling over that saucepan of red-hot sauciness was chilli-mad Brett Elphinstone. We like to call him the Chilli Guru—creator of The Chilli Man.
The Chilli Guru’s passion for chilli sustained him through over 300 attempts at creating the perfect chilli recipe. When he hit on a recipe that he loved, he didn’t stop. He made another one. And another one. Eventually he had six varieties… and The Chilli Man was born!
The Chilli Man products include sauces, cutney's, jam's, bastes, salsas, drinks, confectionary and pickles.
