The Bitter Taste

2008 continued the international cuisine theme . Food will be sold using vouchers that can be purchased at the festival. Here are some of the tastes that will be on offer during Bitter and Twisted. The Bitter and Twisted International Boutique Beer Festival will feature food and beer matching sessions, with fine food, boutique beer and how to pair them together for the ultimate taste and flavour sensation.  These sessions will feature key players in the brewing industry as well as local produce.

In helping our environment, this years Bitter and Twisted festival will be a Waste Wise event sponsored by Hunter Resource Recovery, all festival exhibitors and attendees will be encouraged to be waste wise and Reduce, Re-use and Recycle!
