The Bitter Taste

For the 2008 event we are continuing the international cuisine theme . Food will be sold using vouchers that can be purchased at the festival. Here are some of the tastes that will be on offer during Bitter and Twisted. This is by no means an exhaustive list, check back here for regular updates of all the delicious delights that will be available.

Beer not your Tipple?

Not  a problem.  You're in the Hunter Valley, famous around the world for its wine.  There's a few to try on the weekend including a selection of wines from various wineries around the Hunter.

 Food and Beer Matching Sessions

The Bitter and Twisted International Boutique Beer Festival will feature food and beer matching sessions, with fine food, boutique beer and how to pair them together for the ultimate taste and flavour sensation.  These sessions will feature key players in the brewing industry as well as local produce.

Reduce, Re-use, Recycle

In helping our environment, this years Bitter and Twisted festival will be a Waste Wise event sponsored by Hunter Resource Recovery, all festival exhibitors and attendees will be encouraged to be waste wise and Reduce, Re-use and Recycle!
